When I learned of this up-coming spot some weeks back, my initial thought was 'too much' and probably 'unneccessary'. After three Prez. debates and wall-to-wall ads since Labor Day, this could well be over-exposure:

The automated trash pick up trial seems to have slipped from the news. I was wondering if anyone has heard how it went or how its going. It seemed like it was such big news for a while and then *poof* it was gone.

I'm curious to hear how it worked out on the narrow side streets and if they plan to expand the trial to other areas.

I realize I have been very negative about all the presidential candiates. And I also realize, that I am not the brightest bulb in the box & most political & economic things are way over my head. I am asking for insight here, from people who, I'm sure, know more about this stuff than I do. I do ask that you try to be brief & to the point, and not to go too far over my head.

i was told that the tps teachers are planning to strike in the beginning of march demanding a raise. will that affect how you will vote on march 4th?

I have to admit I am a bit green behind the ears when it comes to blogging and the internet in general as a tool. I like this site but find it difficult to use. Sometimes its the needle in the haystack approach, but when I take the time to follow a posting and the responses I am less than satisfied.

The LA Times is calling CNN a corrupt organization because of the Republican YouTube debate.

Their rational is because very little time was spent on the Iraq War and over 30mins on immigration when only 6% of the voting public thinks of it as a major issue.

Jack Murtha, an ardent critic of the Iraq War, has just returned from a trip in Iraq stating, "I think the surge is working." And added that the Iraqis "have got to take care of themselves."

What in the world is going on?

I had a parent call me this morning regarding her concern about the Lucas County Juvenile Detention Center. It seems that she has a child at the detention center and was concerned because she called the center to speak to the person who runs the children

Is it me or does anyone else think it's way too early for two candidates from opposite sides to begin squabbling. After all neither has yet to prove that they will even be the nominee for their respective parties.
