Southwyck razing still planned, but Dillin no longer go-between
Owners of the Southwyck Shopping Center in South Toledo and Finkbeiner administration officials are proceeding with plans to raze the vacant mall, but Perrysburg developer Larry Dillin will no longer be the go-between for the parties, after many months in that role.

In an attempt to bolster the controversial new entertainment venue created with taxpayer money at the city-owned Erie Street Market near downtown Toledo, the Finkbeiner administration unsuccessfully sought to attract promoters to book shows at the building.
Lamar gets tax break for downtown move
Lamar Advertising Co. will move its regional sales and marketing office back to downtown Toledo after eight years on Matzinger Road, Mayor Carty Finkbeiner announced yesterday.
