I am just a normal middle class person living in Oregon, Ohio. I have lived here for the past 17 years. Our family of four loves this community, but we, like many other families in Oregon and other areas I am sure, just cannot pay any more taxes. We may have to sell our home to move to an area with lower property taxes.
Vote NO NO NO on the Oregon School Levy. Tell the School Board to fix the problem, Not Tax our Homes. Let them know that No means NO !

WASHINGTON -- Long ignored when their party was in control, moderate Republicans are the new power brokers in an increasingly bitter series of veto confrontations between President Bush and the Democratic Congress.
Five years after Sarbanes-Oxley, the former congressman from Ohio says being the last name on the landmark corporate governance law is a mostly good thing.
"I don't get much hostility these days. At least I don't have to pack heat anymore," says the 63-year-old, clearly intending that as a joke.
"Everybody's still got an opinion. Most don't have the facts."
