After questioning, Cordray returns 10k from Wachovia rep

Tagged:  •    •    •

Cordray says he knows nothing about it and also says the 37% increase of business to Wachovia is not related to donation. Donation could be illegal because it was funneled through another person possibly done to skirt campaign finance limits. Kudos for the Dayton Daily News for asking questions and follow-up.

Given all of the recent misleading posts, here is a nice article in Forbes Auto about the cars the presidential candidates drive and what it could mean about them.

A politician's choice of car is highly scrutinized these days, as voters hope to glean some insight into who is the best choice. What do Barack Obama and John McCain's cars say about them?

Vote for Sarah Palin

Tagged:  •    •    •

e-mail request:
PBS has an online poll posted asking if Sarah Palin is
qualified. Apparently the Republicans knew about this in advance and are
flooding the voting with YES votes.

I know -- it's only a poll. But it will be reported on PBS,
picked up by mainstream media and can influence undecided voters in swing
states.

Please do two things -- takes 20 seconds.

WHY I’VE DECIDED TO VOTE DEMOCRATIC

Tagged:  •    •    •    •    •    •    •    •
  • I'm voting Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.
  • I'm voting Democrat because freedom of speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.
  • I'm voting Democrat because when we pull out of Iraq I trust that the bad guys will stop what they're doing because they now think we're good people.
  • Well, the first debate is over. So, who do you feel won?
