I just listened back to the replay of my own show from this morning and heard Mike Miller at 6a say that the mayor is now conducting an investigation of his own into the Port Authority. Is this true or was Michael just pulling my leg? By the way I also heard that the police are not doing roll call at the Northwest Substation anymore, Tom Waniewski told me that at 6a on Monday. What's the deal with all this bad news at 6a?

Port Authority Under Investigation By City Of Toledo (possible satire alert)

This City is great at destroying anyone who is trying to get good things done. CF can't get credit for Hartung's work, so, do the next best thing. Destroy Hartung.
The City of Toledo has launched its own investigation of lobbying expenses and publicized allegations of an extramarital affair involving Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority President James Hartung.
Adam Loukx, acting law director for the city, said in a written statement yesterday that the city "must conduct its own fact-gathering of port activities to ensure that the truth is not hidden, avoided, distorted or clouded."
