According to my sources the budget was finally delivered to councilpeople this evening after 7p. The Blade got an exclusive with the mayor before council received thier copies which apparently were delivered to thier homes by police officers, command officers is what i heard. They were dispatched from the West Toledo substation after Chief navarre snuck into the building through the back to pass out copies. We'll talk Monday. Enjoy?
